The concept is built around a basic Light CNC with 4axes. The machine is specially designed for fabrication of vacuum pull down belts and fabrication of high precision, custom designed PU cleats for Timing Belts.
 

To complement the CNC we offer is a small, very flexible "no-contact" welding unit. No-contact welding provides a clean welding area with no plastic sticking on tooling and low maintenance cost. Compared to other welding techniques it is also very cost efficient.The welding cycle is about one minute (4 parallel belts gives 15 sec/cleat) Max welding length is 100mm (wider options will come). The unit is manually operated (welding process via PC controlled axes).
